An ALS ambulance is a mobile emergency room. It is the vehicle to call when the patient may deteriorate on the way and needs a paramedic, continuous monitoring and the ability to act immediately.
The multipara monitor continuously tracks heart rhythm, oxygen saturation, blood pressure and pulse. If the heart goes into a dangerous rhythm, the on-board defibrillator and paramedic are right there - minutes that simply are not available in a car or a basic ambulance.

Choose ALS for chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe breathlessness, major injury, seizures or any patient whose vitals are unstable. If unsure, describe the condition on the call and we will advise honestly.
Is a doctor included in ALS ambulance?
A trained paramedic is included. A doctor can travel on request at an additional charge, subject to availability.
Can ALS ambulance do hospital-to-hospital transfer?
Yes, ALS is commonly used for inter-hospital transfers of monitored patients.
Do you carry emergency medicines?
Yes, standard emergency drugs are carried and are administered as per the treating doctor's advice.
