How do I book an ambulance in Delhi NCR?

How quickly will the ambulance reach me?
In most parts of Delhi NCR we typically reach within 15-30 minutes, depending on traffic and distance from the nearest free vehicle.
How are ambulance charges decided?
It depends on the ambulance type, distance and waiting time. We confirm one fixed price on the call before dispatch - nothing is added later.
Is the service available 24x7, including holidays?
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Sundays, festivals and public holidays.
Which ambulance do I need - BLS, ALS or ICU?
BLS for conscious, stable patients who need to lie down with oxygen. ALS when the patient may deteriorate and needs a paramedic and monitor. ICU/ventilator for critical patients on life support. Describe the condition on the call and we will advise honestly.
Can a family member travel with the patient?
Yes, one or two family members can travel inside the ambulance at no extra cost.
How can I pay?
Cash, UPI and cards are accepted. Companies and hospitals can request a GST invoice.
Do you provide outstation and dead body transport?
Yes. We run long-distance ambulances from Delhi NCR to all major cities, and dignified dead body transport with freezer boxes for local and outstation journeys.
Is this a government ambulance like 102 or 108?
No. We are a private ambulance service. Government numbers 102/108/112 are free but can be busy; a private ambulance lets you choose the vehicle type, hospital and timing, at a quoted price.
Are there extra charges for waiting or night trips?
A small waiting charge applies after the free waiting time. Any night or toll charges are included in the price we quote on the call - nothing is added later.
Can I book an ambulance in advance?
Yes - for discharges, dialysis, scans and outstation transfers, pre-book on WhatsApp or the form with date and time.
Are your ambulances sanitised?
Every vehicle is cleaned and sanitised after each trip, and stretchers and equipment are wiped down between patients.
