Our cardiac ambulance carries a cardiac monitor and defibrillator along with oxygen, suction and syringe pumps. The paramedic monitors heart rhythm continuously and is trained to respond to a dangerous rhythm immediately.

If the patient already has a cardiologist, tell us the hospital - we will head straight there and the family can call ahead so the team is ready. If you do not have a preference, we will take the patient to the nearest hospital with a cath lab.

We also transfer stable heart patients between hospitals, for example from a local nursing home to a specialist cardiac centre for angiography or surgery.
