This policy explains how Ananya Ambulance Service ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use this website, call us or message us. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

• Booking details you give us: name, mobile number, pickup area / address, type of ambulance, and patient information you choose to share on the call.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and advertising click identifiers (such as Google Click ID) stored in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days.
• Call records: call time and duration. If calls are recorded for quality, you will be told at the start of the call.

Why we use it

• To dispatch an ambulance, call you back and complete your booking.
• To send invoices and respond to complaints.
• To measure which adverts lead to real bookings (Google Ads conversion measurement), so we spend less on ads that don't help people.
• To improve the website (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which may record anonymised page interactions).

By submitting the form or calling us, you consent to this use. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; this does not affect a booking already completed.

Who we share it with

Only with our crew assigned to your trip, the receiving hospital where needed for handover, and service providers that help us run the business (hosting, email, messaging, Google Ads/Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal requirements, typically up to 8 years for invoices. Enquiries that did not turn into bookings are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Email info@ananyaambulance.com.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (to protect the form from spam), a first-party cookie storing ad click IDs, and analytics cookies set by Google and Microsoft. You can block cookies in your browser; the Call and WhatsApp buttons keep working.
