Draft - to be reviewed by the owner / legal adviser before launch.
1. Booking
A booking is confirmed when our dispatcher confirms the vehicle type, pickup, destination and fixed price on the phone or WhatsApp. Response times shown on the website are typical, not guaranteed, and depend on traffic, weather and vehicle availability.
2. Price
The price quoted at booking is the price payable for the trip as described. Changes made during the trip - extra stops, a change of destination, extended waiting, or an upgrade to a different ambulance type - may change the price, and will always be told to you before they apply.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the end of the trip unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash, UPI and cards. Outstation trips may require an advance. A GST invoice is provided on request.
4. Medical responsibility
Our crew provide pre-hospital care and monitoring during transport within their training. We are a transport provider and do not replace hospital treatment. For outstation and critical transfers, the family is responsible for obtaining the treating doctor's advice that the patient is fit to travel.
5. Conduct
We may refuse or end a trip if our crew face violence or abuse, or if the request is not for a medical or funeral purpose.
6. Liability
We take every reasonable care. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, or events outside our control, or for loss of personal belongings not handed to the crew.
7. Cancellation
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Delhi having jurisdiction.
